泵用干气密封

　　串联式泵用干气密封，冲洗方案常采用Plan11/21+Plan72+76。介质不会泄漏进入大气环境。通常内侧微量泄漏需排入火炬系统。当用于芳烃、醋酸等饱和蒸气压低于大气压的介质时，冲洗方案常采用Plan11/21+Plan72+75.

　　Tandem pumps are sealed with dry gas, and the flushing scheme often uses Plan11/21+Plan72+76. The medium will not leak into the atmosphere. Usually the inside micro leak needs to be discharged into the flare system. When used for aromatic hydrocarbons, acetic acid and other media with saturated vapor pressure lower than atmospheric pressure, the flushing scheme often uses Plan11/21+Plan72+75.
